Delivery and returns
Find out below our delivery and returns conditions if one of our products does not suit you.
Our bed linen, hand-embroidered by an association of Moroccan women, as well as our embroidered linen table linen, are shipped quickly by us with all our love.
Delivery
The delivery area is the Europe zone plus international. The products will be sent to the delivery address that the Customer indicated during his Order. The delivery costs are calculated according to the weight / volume of the package and the destination country. The delivery of the order is ensured by Colissimo for Europe and for international. In case of absence or impossibility of delivery of your package, the postman leaves a notice of passage mentioning the date and the address of the Post office where you can collect your package on presentation of an identity document.
From the date mentioned on the delivery notice, you have 15 days to collect your package. After this period, it will be automatically returned to its sender. At any time, thanks to the parcel number sent to you by email, you can track your package by connecting to the Colissimo website to find out where it is.
When the order is shipped, the Customer will be informed of its shipment. LES BRODEUSES commits to a delivery time of less than 15 days.
In the event of termination of the sales contract, LES BRODEUSES is required to reimburse the Customer within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the request for termination of the contract. Any delay in delivery must be reported to LES BRODEUSES within 21 working days after shipment, to allow the carrier to conduct a reliable investigation.
For international shipping, customs fees must be paid by the Customer directly to the carrier.
Standard delivery is free for purchases over €700 in France and €1000 internationally.
Returns
In the event that the item(s) ordered do not provide satisfaction, the Customer has a legal period of fourteen (14) clear days from the day of receipt of the package to return it, in accordance with article L 121-20-12 of the Consumer Code, it being specified that when the period of fourteen (14) days expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended until the next working day.

Returns are the responsibility of the customer.
The product must be returned in its original packaging and carton and in perfect condition. Products that are soiled, folded, damaged, scratched, stained, washed will not be taken back by LES BRODEUSES. In this case, the package will be returned to the Customer.
In accordance with the provisions of Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, household linen made to order and/or made to measure cannot be returned except in the case where the product has a major defect at the time of unpacking the package. Indeed, LES BRODEUSES household linen is a handicraft product, which may have non-significant irregularities that are not considered a defect and a reason for return.
From the exercise of your right of withdrawal, you have fourteen (14) days to return the purchased Product.
In the event of a return accepted by LES BRODEUSES, you will be reimbursed on the card used for the purchase, at the latest within one month from the day on which LES BRODEUSES receives the item and validates its conformity, in accordance with the provisions of article L. 121-21-4 of the Consumer Code.
